Caffe Gusto - South Gloucestershire

My wife and I both use wheelchairs. The manager took great care of us by arranging a table that allowed easy access for us. I have celiac disease and my wife has multiple allergies, but the staff was very accommodating and adjusted the menu to suit our needs. I can honestly say that we had the best meal in a long time. The steak was tender, the chips were excellent, and the salad was very fresh. My wife also enjoyed her meal. The pricing was very reasonable, especially since we received a 30% discount with a promotional offer. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I had a slight mix-up with my order as they forgot to make a lunch (probably just a miscommunication somewhere!). However, it was quickly rectified and delivered with a smile, and they even gave me a freebie. The staff was very nice, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. I will definitely be back soon. Amazing! The staff and management at this restaurant have a great understanding of customer service. I have been to many other places but none have compared to the service here. If there is ever an issue during your visit, they handle it graciously and are able to resolve it without the need for negative reviews. The food is well worth the price and beats out anything else you can find in a busy shopping center. I highly recommend the Southern Roast Chicken Flatbread. Cheers to Bristol!

Know what they get and what they get is good and good value. a few times and would definitely recommend the people.

Five of us went to the breakfast. No one came to welcome us. we sat on a table and picked our own menus. our order lasted long until we are used to it. my sons and I ordered pancakes. When they arrived, they were like that. it was impossible to cut them. the waitress took back the meal and replaced it. these pancakes were also stone-resistant. when we complained again, we were offered a free drink. I'm diabetic, so the breakfast is important. even at the 30 percent, eating is unusable and the service is pathetic, that is the least. they stay away and spend their money elsewhere.
