Boars Head - South Gloucestershire

Lately a few times had a fab steak a few months ago a Sunday roast last week with my son another roast today with the family, each time a great meal and laff with the beautiful gastenders, great staff also. I can honestly recommend...this place thanks youngs and puppies

I have only eaten twice here, but I can recommend it very much for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, good eating and extremely personal. in any case, my favourite place will be to eat.

Omg! this little gem is absolutely amazing in every wise form and shape! eating is amazing! very good quality and perfectly portioned! the personal is fantastic! so attentive, friendly, welcoming...the list just goes on and on the atmosphere amazing! more cozy, quirky pub with open...Fire stunningboutisde area (can not wait until the summer to enjoy this, I couldn't mistake this pub at all! big rich' is the perfect host and made our group so welcome! I wonder how soon I can book a table again without appearing like a stalker

Quite error-free experience on a windy, wintery Monday afternoon. very friendly service, much personal, also so fast. it is a beautiful old authentic pub, but really nicely dressed by someone who understands what it is. all tables laid that was added to the general nice...feel food was perfectly executed pub grub, nothing really fantasies. my fish and chips came with salat as well as chips and inherited. the fish itself could be said, was fresh cadry and fried in beautiful clean oil, piping hot. gammon and shredded pork baked carrots also very good. I always like to compare my reviews. a few extremely small quibbles it was extremely warm inside (they even seem to have the heating in the summer) so make sure they wear layers that they can pull off. music was a nice mix of album tracks and classic oldies, but was fractionated too loud probably for some people (e.g. those who are hard to hear) but only a gnats whisker too loud. it is a popular pub and we have already found it completely, so I recommend you book a table

Myself and my partner had dinner today we enjoy going out for meals but our food today was something else we are not local so will probably not get chance to go again but I won’t forget that meal in a rush the food was...amazing the staff was so friendly and attentive if I wasn’t so far away I would definitely go there and recommend this place to anyone brilliant price also thank you so much
