Bionicos - South Gate

This place is the worst! The workers from this place gives bad attitude… i went there today and they literally took 30 mins to make my order, the place was pack but the thing is that i was there before it got pack other than that they put other people orders ahead of mines when they came after me?! Like really? And their order were bigger than mines… They charge me before handing me the rest of my order… then they had the audacity to ask me if I paid for my food. And I had told them that I did and offer them to see my receipt but they didnt ask for it til later when I was heading to the door they call me so I went back and ask me again if I paid for my stuff and I offer them if they wanted to see my receipt again and thats when THEY SAW THAT THEY CHARGE ME… they ask me what did I pay for… really??? Accusing me of not paying for my stuff, now they wanted to know what i order…. Worst place ever… they always give attitude. My raspado was all water when i got back to my car. They either need to get trained better or get new employees.

The bionos are excellent and safe! The fruits are always fresh, and they offer a wide variety of delicious concoctions.

They offer incredibly tasty snack sandwiches, delicious fries with cream, and refreshing smoothie drinks.

The customer service is excellent, and the prices are great as well. However, the only thing I personally don't like is that the Raspados flavors are too sweet for my taste. Aside from that, everything else is good.
