Pure is a chain restaurant that offers coffee, tea, and light meals. It's not as well-known as some other places, and after my visit, I really don't understand why. The variety of vegan options available is truly impressive! I stopped by for breakfast and chose from a range of breads, sandwiches, and a traditional British breakfast featuring mushrooms and beans. I opted for the antioxidant rice topped with blueberries and roasted almonds, though I found the portion to be smaller than I anticipated. The blueberries were quite unusual—seriously, who peeled them? Still, the flavor was enjoyable. I paired my meal with a chai latte made with oat milk. Since the portion was small, I also decided to try the vegan almond croissant. Since croissants are typically made with butter, this was a rare chance for me to enjoy one. However, it's not a traditional croissant. While it might not look like one, it's surprisingly sweet and packs quite a sugary punch. After this initial experience, I would definitely recommend giving Pure a try. This unique spot is conveniently located near the entrance of London Bridge Station (it's outside, next to a McDonald's, not within the station). Plus, they’re open on weekends, unlike many Pret A Manger locations that are its main competition in the area.
There are plenty of breakfast options available, and the coffee is served in generous portions. The seating area is clean and well-organized.
The food here is consistently delicious and healthy, but it feels a bit pricey for what you get.
Much better than fast food chains, and they offer healthy options!
