Burger Urge - South Brisbane

I wanted to eat with friends. we decided to take a drink while we waited for everyone else to arrive. I was overloaded for my beer. when I pointed this to the personal, he said it was an old menu. when I pressed him when changing the menu, he replied apathetic by saying, oh, I am not responsible for it and he continues to see customers full of the old menu. we were so unimpressed that we ended our drinks and went and eat somewhere else.

Great service and even better eating! I visited last Friday evening with my family after visiting the markets for my son 6th birthday. the staff was very friendly and went beyond and beyond to ensure that my little boy had a delightful night. the pineapple express was my fav burger yum! would definitely go back. I would give them ZERO if I could! Tuesday 6th March 2018, my husband and I had some family staying with us from over seas. We thought we would take them to Southbank and visit Burger Urge for dinner. We arrived at 6:20pm, 4 adults and two kids, 8 and 10 year olds. BUT, just as we walked in a young girl came out from behind the counter to let us know that it was too wet so wasn 't worth them staying open and promptly turned us away!! Location 10/10 Staff 10/10 Food 2/10 Tasteless dry chicken wings, tasteless dry burger, meat like cardboard, no flavour at all, tasted like food was 5 days old, bbq sauce was disgusting, a blight on Southbank eateries and Brisbane in general They need to get someone from Grill'd to show them how to cook burgers. Had the Boston cheese with large chips. Their 'BU sauce ' tastes a lot like Big Mac sauce. Not that I 'm complaining, it tastes good enough but I wish it tasted different, other than Big Mac sauce which a lot of burger joints are doing. I liked the chips, it had a home made feel and taste to it. The burger was okay but not something I would come back for... sorry.
