Jena's Eatery - South Beloit

My elderly, disabled father and I attempted to dine at this restaurant after 1pm, but were turned away by a woman who claimed they were full. As we were returning to our vehicle, we noticed another man entering the restaurant and waiting at the bar area. It was clear that our patronage was not appreciated. Feeling insulted, we have decided not to return and found another place to dine instead.

Mikayla is the best breakfast spot, highly recommended for her delightful personality alone.

I will never return to this restaurant after my recent experience. Most of the staff made me feel obligated to tip them, and I can only imagine the consequences if I didn't. Despite leaving a tip, it seemed insufficient and one of the employees became visibly upset and expressed their frustration. This left me feeling very uncomfortable.

First time here...and I won a $150 bucks,nice little spot great vibe...and the cutie at the front desk is a plus

My elderly father, who is handicapped, and I attempted to dine at this restaurant today around 1pm. Unfortunately, the waitress informed us that they were at full capacity. Feeling disappointed, we decided to look for another dining option. As we were helping my father back into the van, we noticed another customer entering the restaurant and seemingly being directed to the bar area to wait for a table. Feeling slighted by the restaurant's apparent lack of accommodation, I have decided not to return in the future. I am grateful that we ultimately found a different restaurant to dine at.
