I never write reviews, but I had to take the time to write one for the incredible eating, personal atmosphere in il buco. from the moment we had set ourselves, the service was incredible. they have several employees roaming that are incredibly attentive and know about the entire menu. we have the fish tasting menu for 130 euro and it was worth everything. will definitely send this recommendation to my friends visit. it's obvious they deserved their michelin star.

The service was great, everyone was really attentive. even if we had to pour our own wine. that comes down with eating. it was really just average-not me wrong make them plate nice. for the cost we have not experienced anything really magical. the tasting menu takes approx. 3 hours and is strict sea. I love seafood, although everything was overwhelmingly fishy. I can't say I want to return here. if they really like to try some dings the oktopus bark wange was well cooked. I wish I could say more positive things than I was looking forward to trying this restaurant. it's just not.

That was a real experience. The level of service and food goes far beyond the 5 stars. When we arrived, we got bread and a free little appetizer from the cook. We have the cook tasting menu, which consisted of 5 courses chosen by the cook. Each course was beautifully plated and an explosion of aromas. We also added an additional dessert (a little overkill but worth it) the chefs special dessert souffle....it has not disappointed! I can't say enough or recommend Il Buco too much...

Highly recommend. The three of us have been to more than a handful of Michelin restaurants in the US and Europe. All of us agreed this was our favorite meal we have had. Excellent environment and ambiance. Kind and attentive staff. Every person we interacted with was enjoyable and the service was great. The food was incredible. We tried both of the Tasting Menus (Seafood and Land/Terrain) as well as the Grand Tasting Menu. Every course from every menu was delicious. From start to finish, it was an enjoyable, memorable and wonderful experience. If Michelin let me give stars, it’d be an easy 3 stars. They don’t, so a 5 star review on Google is the highest praise I can give! We look forward to returning.
