Carpo's - Soquel

I've been here for over 20 years and love the food. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the food is delicious and affordable. You can also get the salad bar if you want to be healthy. Great deserts and milkshakes. Small selection of beer. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Carpo's has a large parking lot, but it is recommended that you might have to park a few blocks on foot on the street on a Friday night. That's how it was for us last night. Carpo's is a great place to take a family with different nutritional needs. We went with a group of 5 including 2 vegetarians, some omnivores, and a very finicky child with a limited palate. Carpos worked well for our needs! We all went away with smiles on our faces. You have a solid bar that I enjoyed going back several times. It reminded me of salad bars 50 years ago, as we were in Santa Cruz, they even had delicious sunflower seeds available in the salad bar. I also had a bowl of her mussel hunting soup. Your sour bread was very fresh! My son-in-law and my daughter were impressed by her grilled Veggie Burger, who is randomly Carpos's own recipe. It was huge enough to share and share! And it was just $8,50. We all enjoyed our dinners! I want to come back!

Carpos in Soquel is known for the salad bar that people love. They also have the best chocolate milk shakes; they make them back like they used to the day. You have a great menu to choose from. Daily specialties are always good. My favorites are the chicken benches, the fishermen basket, and the spits shrimps with pasta and vegetables. The food always tastes super fresh and is perfectly cooked. Must try if you're in Soquel.

You have good food. Excellent fresh fish. Beautiful milkshakes and fresh homemade cakes. You also have a salad bar. The outdoor seating area is very relaxing and pleasant. Even if you have small children, it is highly recommended.

The Skirt steak was cooked perfectly, very flavor with good helping of veggies and potatoes. Highly recommend!
