Mary's Pizza Shack - Sonoma

I was only able to eat half of the lasagna dinner because it was so delicious. It was also a great deal since I got two meals for only $22.

Went in for coffee the other day when it was raining and was told there was no charge. Think it was because they saw my cap and realized I was a veteran. Thank you.

The pizza is good but so expensive. 50 bucks for two small pizzas plus drinks. Slow service too.

I grew up in Boye's Hot Springs and have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since the 1960s. The original shack was a popular spot during my high school days in the 1970s and I have fond memories of Mary and Toto, the cook at the time. I recently visited the new location and while the food was decent, it didn't quite live up to the standards set by Mary. I understand that things change over time, but I was hoping to relive some of the great memories and flavors of the past. Oh well, that's just how things go sometimes.

This local pizza restaurant is fantastic. The service is top-notch and the location across from the park is amazing.
