Foundry On Elm - Somerville

Fantastic food. Just sorry I couldn't finish it! Especially loved the mezze plate and the coq au vin. Waiter knew instinctively the type of wine to bring for dinner, made good food ordering recommendations. Perfect atmosphere for Kentucky Derby!

I had my birthday brunch here and loved it! They were able to make space for 21 of us and did so without any complaints or signs of frustration. Our server was great, he stayed on top of clearing our plates, and we never had to wait to order another beverage. We also had to split our check all sorts of ways and the server was super cool about it. Everyone complimented the buffet, I personally loved the French Toast and Mac and Cheese. The girls were fond of the Espresso Martini, very delicious. Several people contacted me after saying they can't wait to bring their parents, spouse, etc. there as the atmosphere inside was perfect. I am so happy the day turned out great so I'd like to send a big thanks to the staff at Foundry. I will definitely be back!

I'm sorry I've waited so long to post a proper review. I love Foundry and come in regularly. The service continues to be exceptional no matter who is on the bar or working tables. This past summer Foundry became my regular place for Sunday night cocktails , and the bartender and manager went out of their way to make me and my friends) feel welcome. Although I'll miss Jess' cocktail-fu she's pursuing other opportunities) , I have yet to run into less than perfect cocktail. And it should be noted that the staff at Foundry creates a welcoming space for the diversity of Somerville's restaurant going visitors.

This place has it all! Cocktails, food, amazing staff and best Tenure dirty martini in town!
