The prices are too high for what you receive. I felt that the quality of the food did not justify the cost.

While we waited for the cookies to bake, I overheard another customer ordering a milkshake. The server mentioned, within earshot of everyone, that she wasn’t going to make it. It seemed they didn’t have enough ingredients to prepare the milkshake in the size the customer requested, so they filled almost half the cup with whipped cream instead. During this, they accidentally knocked over all the straws and handed the milkshake to the customer, explaining that there were no straws left. If you decide to order from here, just be extra cautious to ensure you receive exactly what you requested.

After a long day, we decided to stop in for some cookies, which we typically love here due to their excellent service and delicious treats. Unfortunately, today was different. Our cookies were rock hard and nearly impossible to bite into. My shake was also a disappointment; it tasted just like plain milk, and the person preparing it didn’t seem to know what ingredients to use. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that felt like a waste of both time and money.

The restaurant has a charming atmosphere, and both the name and the overall experience are quite captivating. However, the cookies were disappointing. They had a strange taste and, despite their cute presentation, the product just didn't deliver.
