Bidra med feedbackI visited a wedding here to write the review as it was my second time to visit a wedding here and the location and banquet hall was outstanding. Great service and beautiful place, landscape construction and buildings perfectly well maintained The place was really nice, extremely large, very spacious, very comfortable and a great courtyard. The staff was beautiful and accommodating. Beautiful large parking lot and they also offer parking
My rating is primarily for David our Maitre’d for our wedding. We met for the first time 3 days before our wedding date and at the first introduction were my husband and wedding planner in awe. He let us feel so assured that our day went out without a clink. Quickly before the day of our wedding - our entire bridal party and guest were impressed by how well he maintained with all, remembers names, attentive to all our 4 years old son, who would not leave my side. The venue itself is beautiful and offers so much, the food is great, but if it wasn't for our contract, I would have my wedding on the basis of how we felt discriminated by some staff in the planning phase, if we had canceled, we would not have met David. He must fill himself up and serve every couple.
I recently visited a wedding. I must confess that this place was not disappointed, but put the bar high on class and grace. As the best man I was part of the bridal party and visited sample and was with the bridegroom most of the day. David the maître d was attentive, pleasant, helpful and answered all the questions. He led the party where to be and what to expect. At the end of the night, he assured that all members of the bridal party had all their belongings. He even pulled the jeep of the groom to load decorations, gifts etc. The wedding itself was enormous. From outdoor celebration to cocktail hour. As soon as the reception began the night had just begun! A wonderful night of celebration has a great weekend. I encourage couples to check this place. 10/10.
The palace in Somerset Park. Our day was absolutely perfect! We had such a seamless experience from the first tour, sitting with Jose to check prices, booking the venue, Antonia as our planner, Ashley as our bridal visitor and not least David as our maître d’. Antonia was a good planner, any email I sent, any question I asked (crazed or not) she was very responsive and never let me hear more than a day back. Ashley was excellent and ensured that we were fed and cared for at any time. DAVID, he was the best! He calmed our nerves and all the last questions we had in the session you had the week of the wedding. He was beyond the attention, made sure that we had a drink in our hands at all times and the best time had been possible all night. My day would not have been so funny and immaculate without him. I chose the palace because it was somewhere my big family was never before and it was the best choice I met. Our guests are still running over the food and how wonderful the service was. I still hear about the sage gnocchi appetizer, the grouping main and most of the peppercorn encrusted fillet
From the beginning to the end, The Palace has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. We knew immediately from our tour with Richard that this was the venue we’d be getting married in, as he was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. My planner, Antonia, answered all of my questions for the last two years with patience and promptness, and was extremely supportive. When I met my maître d’, Josh, I absolutely knew we were in good hands. He reassured me with how detail oriented and meticulous he was with his timeline and organization. Not once did he seem annoyed or upset at me for my anxious brain, and kept me calm and centered. A huge unfortunate event occurred during my wedding day in which my husband and three of his groomsmen got into a serious car accident on the way to the venue that left the car completely totaled and two of my groomsmen to be brought to the hospital. By some miracle, they made it to the ceremony and Josh was able to work with his team to push the wedding back by only 10 minutes. He constantly asked me for what I needed, and was there every step of the way with the bridal attendant, Anahi. We had fresh fruits, charcuterie, drinks, and hot foods replenished all throughout the day while getting ready. When bumps occurred along the road, Josh quickly resolved them. He truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Not only did Josh pack us extra entrees to go and upgrade our lighting, he surprised us with a creme brûlée and cannoli station during the Viennese hour! He also gave my MOG an extra side of whipped parsnips that she was craving, and offered an extra meal for my groomsmen who were in the accident out of the kindness of his heart. It meant so much to us to hear how dedicated him and his team were to ensuring that our guests were taken care of. Everything was impeccable from start to finish with the Palace, that my husband and I both felt like weren’t just “clients” they served but almost like family. I wish I could get married all over again here, and we are truly joyful to have had our wedding here with The Palace.
