Bidra med feedbackIt's a small restaurant, so don't expect things to be instant, but the food is carefully, and deliciously, crafted, and therefore worth waiting for. I recommend swinging by if you're in town. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available
Food was really good. Family owned and ran, which I love! Made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. Reasonably priced food.
Great food and service. The chef ? personally comes out to take our order and deliver our food. We went on a Sunday afternoon when it wasn 't too crowded so maybe that 's why he was able to do that. I 've had bad Mexican food before where you could tell it was just a bunch of ingredients assembled together as a dish, but I got the carnitas lunch special and it tasted pretty good, like it was actually cooked. Also the chips they give are good and not generic either.
Best authentic Mexican we've had since coming from Tucson. It was the most food our toddler ate during our whole trip. The owner was very kind to us and we had nice conversation while we waited for our to go order.
Have tried this restaurant a handful of times since so many rave about it. The food always seems to be disappointing though. Doesn't really have much flavor aside from the cortija and lettuce. : I've gotten the tacos, fajitas and chicken burrito. Literally each have tasted like the spices were forgotten on different occasions. If you can, make the drive to go to Pittsburgh for your Mexican food. Not ever a recommendation when family is in town.
