The Honey Baked Ham Company - Solon

Had terrible experience. I cleaned a sandwich that didn't have enough meat on it. the manager talked to me like I never had one before three little slices of ham on one side. I have pictures of it and it won't let me post.

During this Easter weekend everyone knows that honey baked ham is very busy. all personal is really beautiful in the past bob was great. today james was so helpful and efficient with his customer service, I would recommend this location safely.

Rude coworkers told me today that they were closed on sun. not so loud website.

We attempted to place our Easter Chinese order over the phone, but a young lady informed us that we now had to order online. My partner wasn't in favor of that, and we found the website quite difficult to navigate. The woman I spoke with seemed unhelpful and almost as if I was bothering her. I'm considering giving it a shot, but I'm not sure how it will go. I may update this review later.

Saw on the Facebook page that the store had ham bones on sale. I stopped in to get two. The manager, Bob, was working. He was super friendly. The ham bones had a lot of ham on them which will provide a few meals before I use them to make bean, pea or lentil soups. Therefore, like buying a ham, the ham bones were pricy. But I knew they'd, with the extra meat, be very tasty. I asked Bob to wrap the ham bones again since I was putting them in the freezer, and he did. The cashier was James. He was friendly and helpful, also.
