I've been coming here for ages... it's charming and quaint, but what really matters is the fantastic food. Everything we've tried has been delicious, and the Chile Colorado is absolutely amazing!
I've been to several restaurants that claimed to be authentic, but this one truly stands out. The building, ambiance, and especially the artwork on the walls exude Mexican heritage; we even had a large mural of Aztec figures behind our table. I give them five stars for that! The food was good as well, although it seemed that the burritos weren't very big. However, their chips are incredibly addictive. With a large group of about 16 people, they brought out a two-layered food cart, which was fantastic. I’d rate the food four stars. This is a great spot to visit if you have a friend in town who wants to experience “real” Mexican cuisine. While I'm not sure I fully grasp what that entails, it’s still a lovely place to dine.
The food was incredibly tasty! I ordered the chorizo sope, accompanied by rice and beans, while my friend chose the chicken mole. The salsa was packed with flavor and had the perfect amount of spice. To finish off the meal, I enjoyed a Cadillac margarita, which left me completely satisfied. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
The restaurant was quite busy! The food was quite good, though on the expensive side. I really enjoyed the outdoor setting. Overall ratings: Food: 4, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 5.
