Extremely disappointed by my experience of the day. I loved to go to this restaurant for years because we had always had a very good time there, we even sympathized with the boss who was very pleasant and welcoming. The servers were also always on top. Today I order a meal in click and collect on the official hippo site. I pay my order online, it told me that the order is validated, paid and I am given a schedule to get it back. So I go to the restaurant: the boss tells me that he doesn’t have my order. I show her that she is well validated and paid. He then began to ignore me, let me pear by saying “to call them to make me repay”. I ask him the number: he tells me it’s on the site, the waitress is looking for a little with me but no number. He leaves me confused, with my 4-year-old daughter who said, “I’m hungry mom.” The tears came up to me because I gave birth 10 days ago and I am still very tired. It took my husband to show himself extremely firm on the phone so that he would finally serve us our order after more than half an hour to ignore us (with some forgettings in the passage). The error is human and it is not the fault of the boss if the software has beugged, but there is still a way to treat customers! If we add to this the previous time when we are serving a stabbing meat to my daughter and I while I had asked very cooked because I was pregnant and I prefer my daughter to eat well cooked meat ... it accumulates disappointments and unfortunately doesn’t make me want to go back. Too bad.

Nice frame, quite well soundproofed and spacious. Correct products, acceptable service but high addition. Value for money: medium. Nice Restau but I don't find the 1st restaurants open on the capital in the 1980s well, more affordable.

This time I didn't take beef, having been very disappointed the previous time. The pork was delicious. Glass wine is really not good, it is of rather poor quality. We didn't take dessert or coffee and we had to claim the note. We could have left without paying!
