I ordered items in offer B1G1 .. when I asked for separate bills they refused , they cheated us . And the manager was rude In attitude. Worst manager and worst service … spoiled the name of chili’s brand

I love chilis. food is value for money. Bit expensive but food is value for money

Tried 3 times..... bills were 33,12,43 omani riyals... Food quality doesn't match the price... over priced. Staffs and ambience is really good.

The Arabic guy staff not friendly,we did request a table,and he didn’t lead us to the table.. The atmosphere was bad… they stop the music..

The staff are really unprofessional. They never help you in finding a good table.. Extremely rude when taking the order. The staff member I met was really unprofessional with poor personal hygiene
