Great place! But wouldn’t recommend their pizza lol we started with two salads, the burrata salad and Caesar salad and then we had a pizza and the carbonara pasta. The pizza was not all that great to be honest… But the salads were extremely fresh and the pasta was amazing!! The staff was very kind!

Friendly staff, the service was quite fast, i ordered a pizza and it was delicious, no complaints at all, you can pay cash or card(visa,Mastercard) amex is not accepted. I will definitely go back!

The best thing about UGO is consistency. This location has been around for many years and every time I go it appears to me that I get the same level of quality and service. And that is fantastic! We’ve only had their thin crusted pizza this time around but we had it 3 times this week and every time we were super happy with the delivery time and how the staff treated us. The atmosphere in the place is great. There is a decent amount of space between the tables, it’s not too loud and overall you can sit down and enjoy a private conversation. The reason I give it 4 stars is because it’s pretty much a pizza place only. Having tried their other dishes I was mostly disappointed. Pizza is pretty decent though. Tomato sauce can be improved but that’s about it. Ingredients seem fresh and of high quality. Oh and the best part is that they work 24/7 so you can go at 2am sit down and order a pizza. How great is that.

Great salads and dishes. The prices are reasonable depending on other restaurants as Raffy or Mister Pizza, where the quality and service is extremely bad recently. So it's maybe one of the best

Nice restaurant in the middle of the 'high-street ' in Sofia. It has great seats outside with sun and shade, but you can also sit inside ofcourse. The food was delicious, and you get quite a lot for a reasonable price. The desserts look amazing, and the chocolate mousse was worth the calories!! Only downpoint (for me personally) is that the toilets were quite small and cramped. Doors open to the inside of the stall, and I could barely fit myself in. But hey, you don 't go to a restaurant for the bathrooms right?
