Silhouette - Sofia

This is probably the best sushi restaurant in Sofia. The cook is really making in sushi, but more important is actually the quality of the ingredients that I don't taste salmon and tuna that are fresh everywhere in the city. I highly recommend this place!

My opinion here is solely based on the sushi party, which is the all-you-can-eat version of it. Mind that it is really only sushi and nigiri, no sashimi for instance... being aware of what to expect, their sushis are great, well prepared, fresh, among the top 3 I tried in Sofia. (again, talking sushi only) They do offer other meals (other than sushi) at lunch time and they actually look good, just I've never tried anything different than the sushi party the times I visited silhouette. The place/environment could be improved, but still it does not affect the positive experience at all. Reserve some patience and time to find place to park.

My favorite >all you can eat< sushi restaurant! Very nice, cozy, very good food! Staff is amazing, very helpful and welcoming. Comfortable, clean and at very nice location! Try it you won't regret! Highly recommend! I have been here many times and I feel really nice every time being here! They have seating indoors and outdoors. The outdoor tables are covered so even if it rains it won't be an issue. Very spacious inside, has room for many and tables have lots of space around them. Big windows and pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. They play nice music and is not loud so you can have a conversation with your friends. Update: Just came in with family. Great as every previous time! Delicious and well presented! Fantastic service!!! Can’t stop eating
