Holmen Lofoten - Soervaagen

This restaurant has old and new facility combined in a very good way that offers a beautiful atmosphere. the menu is not big, but the dishes combine raw materials from local manufacturers on a very successful way, such as fish, garnel, cured meat and cheese, which gives a very tasty meal. the staff is very friendly and offers a good service. I recommend this restaurant.

Had a fantastic breakfast, dinner, and stay at Holmen courtesy of the very kind and talented Mitch, Simone, and Alejandro. Would highly recommend a night here, the included breakfast in the morning is exceptional and the restaurant and rooms are as cozy as can be. Will have to come back to see it in the winter.

We had only one coffee to stop. the restaurant was not yet open, but the super sweet waitress made us coffee and hot chocolate and served us one of the most delicious desserts I have ever eaten with brown cheese and fermented goat milk ice cream. sounds crazy, but it was absolutely to die. not least they were amazing and atmosphere.

Absolutely great place! service is very attentive and friendly. Eating is probably one of the best in lofoten: we had dinner and breakfast here. fantastic product concentrated kitchen.

I ate here and it was the best we had in Norman. cozy open kitchen with incredibly fresh fair and cozy. oyster, skalopp and steak were all 10/10. large wine and drink card as well
