Grounds Coffee Co. - Snohomish

I adore this place, and the care and creativity the ladies seem to have. but drinks are far too inconsistent and it's probably because they seem to have new employees every few days. Not sure why that is, but quick turn over is usually a sign of poor management. Prices are getting a bit wild too.

Drove out of our way to find this great little spot. So worth it. Coffee was spot on and the lotus drinks were so much fun. Worth it. A must stop. You won't be disappointed ?

Went here today with the wife and kids. The drinks were great and literally out of this world. The girl making our drinks was super nice and friendly. I'll definitely be stopping in for another great drink. Highly recommended!

Honestly seems like they don’t care about others time we waited behind a car for 10 minutes while they just chatted. The car in front of us truck Honda ridgeline Awd had a their drink and finished paying within 4 minutes and they just continued to talk and share pictures on their phone. I guess you could go here if no one is in line or if you have nothing to do but to grab a coffee and go seems like a terrible spot.

The only good thing about this place is the breakfast sandwiches. The staff are passive aggressive and some of the staff don’t know how to make a good coffee. I’ve only had this problem at this location.
