I was so hungry I had already made my order without reading reviews. The online ordering was very simple so that was good. I went in to pick it up and the pizza was hot and ready. While waiting, I looked at the kitchen floor and it was filthy, the counters didn't look too tidy either. I chose to turn my head quickly or else I would've cancelled my order. Aside from not getting food poisoning or sick, the pizza was delicious. I got the Holy Shiitake which I order all the time.

Went for our youngest 's 9th birthday and food and service was pretty dang good. Server went above and beyond and even presented the birthday boy with a warm brownie with ice cream on top. Awesome.Having to sit through an earnest child 's 5-minute presentation to buy raffle tickets, not once, but twice immediately upon sitting knowing you 're going to have to say 'no ' due to the scarcity of funds but not wanting to look like a cheapskate jerk in front of your kids was definitely awkward, unexpected, and started the night off with a bummer vibe that we tried to power through and did, especially with the aforementioned excellent, non-overbearing but attentive service and darn good pizzas......Until the most obnoxious, loud, disrespectful gaggle of 9 or 10 older teenagers seated themselves outside on the formerly peaceful patio with us. Cackling, yelling, cussing, belligerent behavior befitting drunken dive-bar patrons....just unacceptable nonsense that wasn 't addressed once by management.Very aggravating experience that overshadowed 2 delicious pizzas, memorably great service, and a nine year-old 's birthday dinner.

Made a quick stop for lunch.. 11am, I was one of the first to dine in. NO official welcome, less than par service and professionalism...ordered lunch special, pizza came out looking old and cold....pineapple express mocktail they could have kept...worst experience, thumbs down ??

1st time eating there but definitely won 't be the last! Our pizzas were the ?. I had a small Holy Shitake, and my husband and 5 yr. old grandson had the Mighty Meaty with half of it just chicken because our grandson doesn 't eat pork. Our server can 't remember her name,it started with an M ,was amazing! She was very personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. I can 't believe that we 've been missing out on this neighborhood gem. Mellow Mushroom, you 've won us over!
