Wendy's - Smyrna

The most beautiful place I was. Horribler customer service. I asked for no salt because in pregnant with high blood pressure and all they did was my frits in fat and it was still salt everywhere when I said that something they all got intelligent said that I was lying had to show them the salt. I'm waiting for my refund didn't want me to corperate number. Will buy NIE from this store again.

That's always the worst. I submitted a mobile order 47 minutes before my arrival. It wasn't ready. After I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes, I called and asked when it was ready. All that the girl would say is that we work on it. Since it was over an hour, I asked again how long it would take. Again, I was told we were working on it. If you have the additional five minutes, I recommend either the Wendy 's on Macland or the Wendy 's on Austell Road. I'm not going back to this.

Don't try to go right there... Either their system is down or they don't have a lot of menu items... I understand that I want to go home, but these people take it to a whole different level

Usually Wendy's great places to eat! But especially recently, this place seems to have remained behind. Our latest order was in the promised dessert (a specialty was sunk by applying a quarter or less of a cookie on it, still by photo with much more. Our substitution of a baked potato for pommes was repeated several times and checked by a participant; but they got the order wrong. Also no grill sauce or ketchup was provided for the orders, although we requested it. (Bottom line is the order has not been checked what had been entered in the ordering system. Also the rate of serving Drive-Thru customer was slow, much less than normal. Finally, there was an argument with staff in the restaurant: one of those who collected the food did not wear a mask, and he argued with (of course, the manager who tried to correct it (a violation of the law in our localé). "Nuff said! Dave wouldn't be proud of this place.

This is a great location! I come several times weekly and the service is always fast and friendly! The manager is awesome, and goes out of his way to take care of his customers!
