Bidra med feedbackFearable attitude and service, especially from the manager. She ignored our group three times. I feel bad for our server, Chloe, she was the only one who tries to give good service, but she can't do it alone.
The food was good and the waiter was nice. When it came to the chef, he sweated a storm and spoke very graphically about women so that the whole restaurant could hear. I do not recommend taking a family here or even generally coming if you do not like to hear bad mouth while you pay to eat. Not very professional :
My wife and I loved everything about the waffle house. The food and the staff were great. A big cry to my guy Logan! It was so good that I went back the next day and did not disappoint the entire staff. Thank you for your southern hospitality?
I was waiting for 30 minutes and the cook told the host the people that came in behind me was next. It was cleared he was moved with prejudice. I was surprise to see that behavior exhibited here. After I waited 30 minutes and no one ever told me they would be with me shortly or anything. As I waited and many customers were handled prior to me, I observed cook failing to wash his hands. Cook never washed his hands even once even after touching so many things in the kitchen. This cook have been disrespectful several time in the past to me. His name is Jeremy. He called me granny several time. This is unacceptable. I was so disappointed with his experience and previous experience. The female that was taking order was rude, irate and out of control. She refused to give me the original receipt with her name and reprinted it without her name to avoid the feedback she knew she entitled too. She was very unprofessional, kept me waiting for 30 minutes. She let 6 people in front of me. Then she told me I had to take out my food at 7 pm. Clearly I was there prior to that time. I can 't even believe the unprofessionalism displayed. Look at the other Google reviews that had similar problems. I recommend you not come to this restaurant. Don 't waste your time or become stressed out by the bad behavior. Both employees need to be fired. They acted as though they owned the business themselves and could do what ever they wanted to do, whatever and be rude to their customers and make them wait. This experience broke the camel 's back, my intention is to not go back period point blank no commas.
Been sitting here since 6:45 am waiting to order breakfast. Was told they were just doing orders out until first shift arrived. Two new employees came in at 7 ish and one server made breakfast and I'm sitting here with my small coffee in a to go cup watching her eat while I wait for table service
