Subway - Smyrna

The service was fast. The Sandwichear was polite. The food was good. The price was good, especially since I had a voucher. We were the only ones when we were there. It was busy at one point while we were there, but they treated it very well. The restaurant was clean.

Why this place is still open, I don't know. The location is terrible, the staff was terrible, the food warm when it is believed to be cold, they will not be gluten-free people, until sandwich meat no bread, the whole chain says that they make sandwiches so that it has to come with bread or I can get a salad... I don't want a salad or I'd go to Ruby on Tuesday! Not the cleanest place seen, takes too long to fill order, beverage machine could be updated. Overall, I refuse to constantly subway due to the above, as seems most branches are like this, God for Firehouse and the rest that came to save the day that cares gluten-free people, with natural products vs salt soaked chicken etc on the subway and the list goes on!

This Subway is located in the shopping plaza that sits at the corner of Concord/Spring and South Cobb Drive. Parking can be tough if things are busy, as there are only 8 spots dedicated to Subway, but the other businesses utilize as well. However, there is a large lot just behind the location that easily serves as overflow if needed. I have been here a handful of times and even did delivery once. On most of my visits the service is always just meh . They are not inherently rude, but they are not engaged and slow for the most part. My latest visit found me and 3 others waiting in line for 4 minutes before one of the 2 sandwich artists acknowledged us and began taking our order. They were both completing online orders, which is all good...but say something to the folks chilling in line. Product is always solid. I have never had an issue with my sandwich here, mainly because I watch them make it...so that takes care of that part! Chips on the other hand...this location stays low on chips selection. I no longer get the combo, I just get the sandwich and swing by Kroger for my chips if I am pressed enough for them. Overall, this is a small and busy Subway location. I do not frequent Subway much, but when I do, this location is most convenient to me...so I don 't mind swinging through.
