Bidra med feedbackI am production assistant for the new york mets, every time the mets are in atlanta, I make a few Starbucks runs today, when I flew another car through the parking lot and I hit into the brakes to avoid an accident that spills drinks. the personal has made the order quickly new and offered me hand towels to clean the chaos. I would recommend this Starbucks location definitiw and look forward to more Starbucks runs. thank you died!
A typical dieucks. we visited a coffee and a quick breakfast on Thursday morning. the baristas were friendly and the area was clean. our orders were in an acceptable amount of time and the drinks/foods were good quality. my only recommendation would be to add more comfortable seating options.
Had just the sweetest contributors. would have taken a young girl my order, apologised her a moment to find an article because it was her first day, but she did great! very sweet customer service 100%. and then had a very adoring young man on the window to treat my transaction. I also had no idea that dieucks here were shitted away from my work! so excited to come back! go 2680!
I come to this Starbucks location often as it’s right across the street from where I live. Most days I’m a super satisfied customer, but today I just wanted to give the whole team working a shoutout for going above beyond.I’d placed a pickup order which was ready before the estimated time despite how crazy busy the store was. When I walked back out to the car, I realized that there was a crack in my cup and my drink was leaking a little bit. I walked back into the store thinking I could just get another cup to place over it to catch any drippings, but the manager and associates in the store insisted that for quality purposes they remake my drink. I felt so bad because I knew the store was busy, they were stressed, and I hated that they felt they had to do this for me. But it was a great example of how going above and beyond for a customer can make a difference.Sending a huge thank you to the Smyrna Starbucks employees working today, August 13th, I sincerely appreciate you and will continue to visit your store and support you!
It’s not cool to make fun of a paying customer’s order, especially when the customer is sitting right there watching you. Especially when you’ve got a line wrapped around the building. You need to be focused on getting the line down, instead of laughing at someone with your coworkers, simply because they asked for 2 extra pumps in their drink. My drink was also wrong on top of that. No point in doing a mobile order if it’s going to take forever and you’re still going to get the order wrong.
