Fat Mo's Burgers - Smyrna

Very good burgers and pommes. Family owner. Easy parking, quick service.

I came to Tennessee from Michigan to try fat mo's burger and it was really good I enjoyed the food as well as the customer service. The women at the cashier with brown hair had really good customer service and I think they should get an increase. 10/10 would try again.

FYI? I went through the drive thru. The lady at the window seemed very bored with her job. She took my order fine enough, but lacked the customer service to make it an enjoyable experience. The cherry on top was that it?s optional to leave a tip?I?m a server. I know what good customer service is as I thrive off tips, but why do I need to tip someone who did the bare minimum? It felt insulting. I tipped a tiny bit however, just in case wages weren?t matching to her work effort. The food is another story. I ordered the 1/2 lb burger, the sweet tea and some fried mushrooms. The portions were great, but the bun was soggy, the tomato on my burger wasn?t ripe,the fries were heavily seasoned (more than most fast food places), the sweet tea had little sugar in it and the fried mushrooms were a bit too salty. Overall, the experience was very mediocre. I never leave bad reviews, especially if the server is trying their best, but everything missed the mark today.

Restaurant was filthy. Ants crawling on the tables, all over the floors, and on the walls. Staff was not very friendly. Ordered the Mo's burger with cheese and seasoned fries. Fries were fresh and pretty good. Burger was so bad, I only took a few bites before throwing it away. Bun was dry and crusty like it was old.

I had the Fat Mo Burger with Plain Fries Combo. My drink was huge, the fries were crisp, and the burger was huge as well. My friend ordered the Veggie burger and the manager even offered to clean the grill before her burger was cooked. If I were to eat here again but I wouldn't add lettuce next time, it made my bun soggy. Luckily the lettuce was only on the bottom so the top bun was still good.
