Pizza Unlimited - Smiths Falls

This pizzeria serves the absolute BEST Hawaiian pizza I've ever had! I highly recommend ordering from here—definitely a 10/10 experience!

The pizza was really disappointing. It was a step down from Pizza Pizza and did not satisfy at all. There were barely any toppings on it. I requested extra mushrooms, but I think they forgot to include them. I could count the number of green peppers on the large pizza. I won’t be coming back.

The food flavors and portion sizes can be quite inconsistent here. In my most recent order, I requested a 16-inch pizza but received only the toppings meant for a 12-inch pizza. As you can see in the picture, all the ingredients are piled in the center, leaving a wide ring of crust around the edges. It seems that this location tends to skimp on toppings, especially when you order multiple items or a larger pizza. If Pizza Unlimited wants to thrive, they really need to improve and deliver what customers expect for their money. There are plenty of other pizza options in town.

Second time I've been here. First time was dealing with an older couple and they were great. Very friendly and great pizza! This time, my wife picks up the pizza and some young guy is very disrespectful. Ignored her presence. Gave her alot of attitude and for nothing other then trying to support a local buisness. No one deserves that after a 12 hour shift at work. My wife is a first responder and deals with the public and what may be the worst moment in their lives. The stress that goes along with being a first responder is something most of us could not handle. So maybe the next time someone walks in your pizza establishment maybe add a slice of respect to your customer service.
