My kids enjoy eating at this location, the customer service it's really good

The place had hardly anyone in it. Waited 15 mins to be seated and still didn’t place our drink order for 30 more mins. Waitress said she didn’t forget about us and then started to refill the table in front of ours drinks. Said she was coming right over. Still didn’t show up. Had to get up and leave without ever placing an order.

Deep-dish Detroit Pizza was good. It was a different due to not having sauce. House salad was great!!

The pizza was great but the service was terrible and the music so loud the server had to ask us more than once to repeat our order...even after we asked for the music to be lowered.

I have never experienced a manager on Easter Sunday so rude in my entire life. He would not help me he threatened me. I walked out of the store and sat in my car for a minute wondering what happened. I don’t think anybody that mean and belligerent should have anything to do with the public
