I ordered delivery. The food came to the house wrong. Even the soda was wrong. Called the restaurant and the quote manager/ owner could have cared less. It longer than usual to get my food. The delivery driver didnot have change to give back to me when I paid.VERY DISAPPOINTED Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

Better food than you will find at most places. This is the Sal's to go to for the best food in this franchise chain. The staff are smart, caring, professional, and fun. What is not to love about this Sal's? Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I ordered food for pickup 20 minutes before closing and didn't know their close time. I worked in a restaurant so I know last minute orders are annoying so I call to cancel. The lady on the phone was nice and said it was okay and they take orders until 9pm on the dot. I should have known better. Whoever made my food dumped garlic over it so much it was like biting into a garlic clove. I have a stomach condition so this was like unintentionally poisoning me. I will be talking with a lawyer and have frozen the plate as evidence. Im out $65. $25 for the food and pretip. $40 for the medicine I have to buy. I used to recommend your restaurant for its top quality italian food. Even though this was a joke I grew up in this town and well known to thousands of people. Every person I meet is going to hear this story of how you intentionally messed with my food.

The pizza is amazing and the other food selection looks good and we plan on trying more. The chocolate cake is the stuff that heaven is made of.
