Mcdonald's - Smithfield

Got our order at the drive thru totally wrong. The kid at the window tried to hand me a bag of something I knew wasn't ours so I gave it back and he looked at me like I was the one that was stupid. Then he asked what else I was waiting for and I said the rest of my order and they still got it wrong. Obviously the food was still edible but it wasn't what I ordered

We usually order online but more often than not, we get either the wrong items or they are missing. But they're so nice about it that I can't detract from the rating. Totally unrelated but Smithfield, have patience. If I have to take an extra 20 to 30 seconds to check the food, as my order is generally not correct, don't start honking. Have some class and be gracious like the employees who work here, it goes a long way as far as atmosphere goes. The drive was fast and my order was correct, but the double-cheeseburger I got looked like a mcdouble. I was not satisfied with the quality of the food I received

It was mcdonald’s, it is fast eating not expecting it to be excessively amazing experience. the order was correct, and the customer service was super and fast. not complaining.
