A&W Restaurant - Smithers

This establishment is quite dated and in need of a renovation. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Our food order was accurate, the sandwiches were well-prepared and tasty.

I am grateful to the cashier who helped me place my order even though I was 50 cents short. It was embarrassing, but thank you for your understanding.

We went here for a quick lunch enroute to Prince George. Service was friendly and our orders came in under 10 minutes. One of the A W that still has the chain merchandise which is great since you do not seem to see...anymore of those. The burgers we had were all good and the fries with a side of gravy was a surprise highlight gravy is so good!

Just went to Aw spent 24 dollars for two meals and burgers was cold and same with the fries and onion ring well not be going back there so sad that they serve food that way and even asked for fresh burgers and fries and...onion rings

Visited this A&W location in February 2019 and I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and courteous. The service was speedy and the food was better than expected. The restaurant was very clean, especially the washrooms.
