Racetrac - Slidell

Had a wonderful experience at Racetrack in Slidell this afternoon. I couldn't carry a case of beer to my car and the sweetest guy that works there carried my beer for me. His name was Erik and he is awesome. Good job Erik's parents raising such a wonderful, polite and thoughtful gentleman.

Stop here daily and have issues often. I will be avoiding this and all Racetracs after today's visit.

Fun place to get cheap frozen yogurt. Clean store, kind staff.

I like this place but, sometimes they have no food in the cabinet. NONE. One of the things that makes Racetrac so appealing is knowing you can get a hot meal in a quick hurry. They're very nice but have been slacking. Maybe somebody is sick. Maybe the oven is broken. Step it up, guys. Y'all are better than this.

The customer service at POS was less than adequate from Bridget. I know people have bad days and I grant her grace for that, but it’s no excuse for someone employed in the customer service industry to bring their personal problems into the workplace. I’ve worked in various customer service roles for decades, and the success of the business in its entirety is dependent on the courtesy and professionalism of their employees.
