Panera Bread - Slidell

The frozen lemonade is outstanding, and the assortment of pastries along with the coffee is also quite good. However, the food entrees are somewhat pricey. The establishment is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and pleasant.

The bread was too hard and dense, and it didn't have a great flavor.

I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru today. The employee at the window took my forty dollars from my hand without any courtesy, which I found very rude. When it was time for her to give me my change, she placed the coins on top of the dollar bills as if she was concerned about germs, causing me to drop some of my change in the process. I found that very disrespectful! On a positive note, the food was fine. However, I have to say that my experience at Panera Bread in Rock Hill, South Carolina was much more pleasant. I definitely won't be returning to this location!

Right now, I’m at a Panera Bread in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and I can confidently say they would never treat a customer this way. I definitely won’t be coming back to this place!
