Bidra med feedbackThe price for a buffet is somewhat affordable, but the selection is quite disappointed. I enjoyed about 12% of the variety of the hot ingredients food. the suppenbase (herbal tom yum) I had been in order, but as hotpot space, the service must be much better to be competitive. i.e. refilling the suppe, ring rolls, identify and remove unwanted mock meat. Perhaps it is high expectations. updated by previous review on 2021-10-04
Vege hotpot restaurant are rare. Moreover, the RM18.90 price tag seems really attractive. I thought we could enjoy two types of suppe, but it was only told tables with 3 or more customers that can enjoy. So we chose the mushroom soup. not a single English word in the menu, but I am sure that the personal here works can speak English. are packaged in plastics as they store the dishwasher. the servierware in the buffet area was not properly placed, you had to put your hand in the rice cooker to get the spatel out, the same goes for the mock meat station. mock meat quality are bad, somehow like just different blobs of soy textured meat they can get for really cheap. dim sums is obviously not handmade in the house the braided “Fleisch” in bungalow is only 10% “Fleisch” and 90% bungalow, no sweet in it. there are also ice creams, but they are not vegan and those who can get them at a really low price. there is no soup refilling service and the mushroom soup we choose taste so gland. the only beverages are only icy lemon tea and lemon water. imo the restaurant tries to reduce the costs as low as possible, while compromises in the quality of food serve here. updated by previous review on 2020 02 10
Vegetarian hotpot restaurants are rare to come by. Furthermore, the RM18.90 price seems very attractive. I had hoped we could try two types of soup, but we were told it was only possible for tables with 3 or more customers, so we settled for the mushroom soup. The menu had no English translations, but I believe the staff can speak English. The utensils were wrapped in plastic as they came straight from the dishwasher. The buffet area was not well organized, with utensils hard to reach in the rice cooker and mock meat station. The quality of the mock meat was poor, resembling cheaply made soy textured meat. The dumplings appeared to be store-bought and lacked filling. The ice creams were not vegan and seemed to be sold at a low price. There was no soup refill service and the mushroom soup we tried was bland. The only drink options were iced lemon tea and lemon water. It seems like the restaurant is focused on cutting costs without prioritizing the quality of the food they serve.
The price for the buffet is reasonable, but the choices are lacking. I only liked about 12% of the hot food options. The herbal tom yum soup was good, but the service for the hotpot could be improved to be more competitive. For example, they should refill the soup, provide fresh spring rolls, and clearly label and remove any undesirable mock meats. Maybe my expectations were too high. (Reviewed on 2021-10-04)
The buffet price is reasonable, but the food selection is disappointing. I only enjoyed about 12% of the hotpot ingredients available. The herbal Tom Yum soup base was decent, but the service could be improved for the restaurant to be more competitive. For example, refilling the soup, providing utensils, and removing any unwanted mock meats. Perhaps my expectations were too high.
