As soon as you step inside, the delightful aroma of chocolate envelops you. Everything here is crafted by hand. If you arrive at the right moment, you might even catch a glimpse of them making the fudge. There’s an impressive variety of flavors and a wide array of chocolate products to choose from. If you’re a chocolate lover, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

These folks create the best penuche fudge I've ever tasted! They also have a location in Juneau, so if you're in the area, be sure to check it out. The staff is really friendly, making it a stop worth taking.

Absolutely the best fudge in Skagway! My personal favorites are the dark chocolate puffins and the Mendenhall mudd fudge. They offer shipping year-round as well. If you're craving huckleberries, don't miss their huckleberry truffles and huckleberry ice cream!

I rate The Fudge Company 2 stars, as only 1 out of the 3 types we purchased was worthwhile. If you're looking for fudge, I'd recommend sticking to the chocolate. The maple nut was excessively hard and crumbly, making it inedible. The other slice wasn't fresh, though it was still acceptable. I realized there's a good reason they don't offer samples. By the time you have the chance to try it, you're already gone, leaving you with no recourse. I won't be returning for another purchase. I suggest going to shops that are willing to provide samples.
