Our chicken fries had definitely been sitting out for a long time, they were cold and hard. Disgusting.
I got breakfast there this morning, when i reached in the bag to grab a hash brown(they're my fav) they were ice cold. So I pulled back through and let the lady know(she was the manager). She took the bag, and sent it back out and I pulled away. Then when I reached in the bag to grab a hot hash brown, they had taken my old hash browns and microwaved them ? and they were hot and soggy. I couldn't believe it. I hope that upper management sees this review and takes care of this major issue. It's burger king. We don't expect a 5 star meal, but a 5yr old could deep fry some fresh hash browns and would be smart enough to know if they were to cold to send out and should be thrown away. And if you take someone's hash browns back and microwave them ever, you should go straight to hell and burn for an eternity... Please fix my burger king breakfast. Thank you.
Ordered a plain whopper w/cheese and small fry in drive thru. Fries were almost cold. Drive back and get hot fries this time, no compensation for driving back and getting hott fries like I should have had the first time. Then get home to find out I got a whopper with everything on it when I ordered a PLAIN whopper w/cheese.You need to listen better and repeat orders back to the customer to alleviate any confusion so that a paying customer doesn't have to turn around and go back and then get nothing in return for a BOTCHED order.A whopper and small fry was over $13 after taxes. With prices like that you as a company NEED to do better for your customers!
