Not going to be a j because I know how the service industry can be. JJ in orange city can be inconsistent. Sometimes they’re spot on, other times your order takes an hour to get to you, and they forget to add a straw. I’m sure they’re busy and strapped for help but still, an hour is a long time to wait on a sandwich order.
Used the drive through for my order. When I got home, I realized my sandwich was made incorrectly. I called to the store and the employee I talked to told me I could drive back and they would re-make my sandwich. I asked if they would deliver it, he said No. I asked why not and he told me they were busy. No apology ever given. This is not the first mistake I 've encountered with this Jimmy John 's location. Disappointed in both the lack of helpfulness and the employee 's curt responses.
