Bidra med feedbackVery authentic Indian cuisine for fine dining with serene ambience. Love the service and the decorations here. Enjoy the lunch set which comes a wide variety of choices. Looking forward to dine here again.
If i could have i would have given 3.5. I rounded up cause of the service. I've been generally disappointed with Raffles hotel outlets, given their expensive kitchens. infra investment is amazing. Service was of the standard. cuisine.. meh.. not bad but for the Raffles Hotel standard and expectation, a little below par. parking is easy but a bit expensive. Food wasn't bad in fairness, just not up to my expectations given the Raffles standard and the premium factored in.
Felt well taken care of here. We ordered set dinners and every dish is flavourful. Not that spicy but you can ask to spice it up according to preference.
Enjoyed the excellent quality of ingredients and cooking. Jhinga kebab the 2 jumbo prawns had great flavour from the spices without too much sauce. Enjoyed this dish the most. Raan Tiffin the lamb kebab had good flavour. Baigan bharta the aubergines tasted great. Crab masala This was the least enjoyable dish as the soft shell crab was too soft. Otherwise the flavour was fine. Scallops curry just 3 scallops though they were large ones and tasted good. The rest of the dish was all curry. Nalli roganjosh the lamb shank was good. Palak paneer great. Not too saucy and there were big chunks of cheese. Mango lassi great. Great service.
Took their $75 non vegetarian tiffin set meal, came with two appetizers (chose paneer and chicken) and one main (chose prawn balchao and came with 4 prawns), and a dessert. There’s complimentary naan, basmati rice, lentils and crispy papadams with 3 types of chutney. For the price honestly felt that there could be more smaller dishes desserts. Service is wonderful and ambience is perfect for a business lunch luxury lunch.
