Mcdonald's - Singapore

The Indian manager was incredibly helpful in finding a seat for my child and me. He also assisted me in discovering the latest daily specials. From securing our seats to ensuring our orders arrived at the table without me needing to leave my seat, the service was seamless. This is definitely a step forward!

I visited this location on a Tuesday morning, and it was nearly at capacity. The woman in charge of checking customers' temperatures was quite strict about ensuring there were available seats before letting anyone in. The atmosphere was very cozy, and I spent a pleasant hour savoring my breakfast. I really enjoyed my Chicken McMuffin and cappuccino (with a free refill using the McDonald's app) to energize me for the day ahead.

This was the only place where I could find something to eat after 9 PM. I wonder why so many restaurants close so early. The MRT runs until 11:30 PM, so it seems strange that in such a vibrant city like Singapore, there aren't more options available for late-night dining.

It can be difficult to find a place to sit at Plaza Singapura, but this McDonald's location always has available seating for enjoying some cheeseburgers. I noticed that many students frequent this spot, making it a popular hangout for those in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful with our orders. Additionally, there was an older gentleman who consistently ensured that the restaurant remained clean and tidy, promptly wiping down tables as soon as customers left.

I really appreciate that McDonald's offers table service, so I'm giving it a 5-star rating. The digital ordering system is a great addition as it helps me avoid the social anxiety of having to approach someone to place my order. I highly recommend the Double Cheeseburger Meal—though I'm sure you already know that; who doesn't?
