Bidra med feedbackThis place discriminates against people who cannot see without assistance, which should be a basic accommodation at this point in time in our society. The parking lot has been dark for three months, the drive-through menu is never lit. When I asked them for assistance, the employees got defensive. I will always admit when I am agitated, which I was in this experience, but because of the lack of accommodation and my agitated state, I was then denied service and was then referred to how many people that were behind me. 7 people were behind me and three drove off in the wait time that I sat through. I was also harassed by one of the outside employees who had no business interacting with me or my ordering process. When I did talk to a manager through the intercom, he told me that he had put in a service request months ago, but the company has so far ignored it. Please keep in mind this is South Carolina so these Wendy’s are probably owned underneath franchise law, but they are still obligated by law to serve those with needs/disabilities. This is not a safe place for people who have additional requirements/needs or disabilities. Save your money.
Horrible Food Sunday August 18th, 2024, 6:15 pm, Burger was so over cooked it was Black..Old Dry Black Burger Sitting WAY TO LONG;!! Chili was Nothing But juice, maybe a few beans, VERY FEW an Very little hamburger in it..Disgusting DINNER;!! For what wendy's charges for food our dinner was a TOTAL RIP OFF;!! WON'T GO BACK FOR A LONG TIME IF EVER ;!!!
5 employees, all cursing very loudly and playing, had me wait forever for a doordash order claiming they were low on staff.
I stopped here around 10:30 at night and everything was really good. The food was fresh and the people at the window were really nice
Love your friendly Linda who took our orders and brought us our food. Food was hot and delicious
