This is the second time Ive been to this location where they drowned the sandwiches in sauce and once I called them about it basically didn't offer to do anything about it and told me no one there had the authority to give out free food. All I was asking was for my sandwich to be remade but they wouldn't even offer me that unless I could make it up there in less than 20 mins. I live 20 mins away. Ridiculous. I don't have this problem at any other subway.

Got DoorDash and had the receipt on it, ordered so much more than was given my sub was over 20 dollars and I got complete opposite just to be told they can’t do anything this place needs managers around at all times because it can’t keep up apparently…

I’d like to give credit where credit is due! I just had the best drive thru service ever at the Subway location at NE Main St. Simpsonville. They were super friendly, and my food was perfect! ?I just needed to say this “out loud” because I haven’t had a drive-through experience this friendly in a really long time.
