Starbucks - Simi Valley

The service at this restaurant was efficient, but there was a long line of cars in the drive-thru. The bartender and window staff were pleasant. My order was correct with sugar added and no whipped cream on the drink. They always get the order right at the window, which is not always the case at other places. Overall, good job.

The restaurant is in a fantastic location, the staff are friendly, and the plant decorations are well-tended and clean.

Rachel is a joy. Despite running late this morning, I had to take the time to write this review because she was so wonderful. She was efficient and provided excellent customer service. Even though she seemed to be multitasking with the drive-thru, she still made sure to meet the needs of all guests. Rachel was incredibly personable and authentic - a true gem in customer service.

I went to the restaurant with my granddaughter and she ordered like an adult. I loved it! The staff there is very cheerful and friendly. The drive-thru service was quick. It really made my day!

This Starbucks location was unique because it had plenty of seating and was not busy at all when I visited.
