Romano's Macaroni Grill Simi Valley

Food was good and the servers were very friendly. Didn’t like that we had a small table for the group size that we had... That’s why I made a reservation but guess next time I need to request a big table instead of the round table we were given. Wasn’t very spacious for us to eat and have room.

11 of us enjoyed a wonderful meat to celebrate my daughters 59th birthday. We had Jennifer as our waitress. She was excellent! Got all the orders correct served us quickly and overall we had a wonderful time!

It was too busy and only one waitress on our side. We asked for bread and it was forgotten. We waited over an hour for our food. I was supposed to have unlimited soup and I asked for more when I finally did see someone and it was never brought to our table.... so we asked someone else and it was still never brought to our table. This is the second or third time this has happened at this restaurant to us. We won’t be going back.

Steak was tough. Except for the Thanksgiving dinner (which was delicious), we would have rated it a 2. Service was spotty. Lemon dessert was delicious.

Great Thanksgiving dinner. We were enjoying our hot cooked meal as soon as we walked into the restaurant. Nick took excellent care of our needs.
