Bidra med feedbackVocelli? I ordered a late-night dinner, a gluten-free Hawaiian pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. I’m quite particular about my food, but I was very pleased with the quality they offered here.
I ordered a 14-inch pizza but received a 13-inch one instead. That’s a 14% reduction in the amount of pizza I paid for. With 8 slices in a pizza, that means I'm missing more than just one slice. This is particularly disappointing given the current high prices for food.
I had a great experience with this restaurant. The person who took my phone order was friendly and really helpful. I was a bit unsure if I was in the right area, but they went out of their way to help me figure it out. The delivery driver was also very pleasant. I was so impressed that I felt the need to leave a review. Plus, my order arrived quite quickly. Overall, this was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thank you!
In general, I like the food of Vocelli Pizza. But the last delivery on March 11 from their Cloverly store was unacceptable. The online order was at 18.19. The order went for delivery at 7.02 PM after the email from the store. So good. The food came home at 7.50 and was almost cold. The whole dinner was pampered and the money was was wasted. Unfortunately, I gave a generous number of tips when you pay by credit card. That was my last delivery order from the store.
It's a chain but it's better than a lot of the local pizzerias. Cauliflower crust is excellent. Great reheated the next day, too!
