Copper Canyon Grill - Silver Spring

My sister I recently dined at Copper Canyon Grill Silver Spring before catching a movie. It was our first time at the restaurant and we had the pleasure of being served by Victoria. From the moment we sat down, Victoria's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. She was incredibly attentive and very patience. Victoria's knowledge of the menu was impressive; she provided excellent recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Her timing was impeccable, as she managed to check on us regularly without being intrusive. What stood out most was Victoria's professionalism combined with a genuine friendliness. Her positive attitude and attention to detail significantly enhanced our dining experience. Overall, Victoria's exceptional service contributed to a wonderful evening at Copper Canyon Grill. We will definitely be returning and hope to be served by her again. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were celebrating father's Day and our server Noah made it a really special occasion for us. We had the calamari which was cooked to perfection and some wonderful roasted brussel sprouts. I had a delicious crab cake sandwich way better than expected for a mostly meat specializing grill restaurant. I look forward to our next visit. I hope to see Noah and Eli again!

We had a slow start with our table assignment but the staff made up for it! We came to celebrate my niece's 5th grade graduation with close family and Copper Canyon did a wonderful job with hosting us! We will return again soon.

Overall a nice experience.. if you are looking for a nice place to have dinner or lunch then this is the place. The food will not wow you but you will not be going away with a feeling that you had a bad meal. As usual the portions are large and you will feel that you are getting some value for the prices, but this is the usual mode these types of restaurants run .so you will be getting take out containers. As for the staff .. the support staff , hostesses and food runners etc are somewhat lackluster they did not make guests feel welcomed. The wait staff, on the other hand did their best to provide good service.

My son and I dined at your restaurant last night and I 've been talking since to others about the fantastic food, service, and prices we enjoyed while there. The ahi tuna salad I had was to die for . I have NEVER had an ahi tuna salad that good, and at $23.50, no less! The hostess and every server we had could not have been friendlier. Your restaurant hires genuinely nice people who love their work and the restaurant 's patrons. None was a scripted, programmed robot instructed to follow a script, such as I 've experienced elsewhere. We engaged with a bright, careful, and efficient waitstaff which was as superb as one finds in the very best and celebrated restaurants in Washington, New York, and elsewhere where sophisticated patrons dine. You deserve high praise for the pleasure of our experience.
