Bidra med feedbackObviously the food is delicious and superbly presented but two [minor? flaws should be stressed here: in our party of four, two people did not speak French; they were given a menu in English (after we asked) to help decide but afterwards there was minimal effort towards them two of us were vegetarian, yet all the amuse bouche were meat based; maybe the waiters could ask before serving if every one is a meat eater (as not everyone will enjoy a slide of pigeon breast, no matter how beautiful it looks on the plate). So yes very good but please remember that not all your customers speak French, and not all of them eat meat.... Such assumptions are the reason why I would not desperately recommend this restaurant.
Went to the restaurant, there is also a brasserie, and our expectations were fully met for such a high rated gastronomic temple. Style is relaxed and professional and worth coming back again.
We called ahead and reserved. Arrived 15 mins late, but had no problems. The food had an exquisite taste and spectacular plating. The waiting staff was very attentive to our needs and informative about the food. If you have the francs, you won't be disappointed.
Die Leitungen aus der Küche waren kaum zu überbieten. Didier de Courten ist ein Zauberer der Geschmäcker, Gerüche, Farben und Texturen. Leider war der Service aber nicht auf dem gleichen Niveau: Kein Lächeln, keine Frage nach dem Wohlbefinden in dieser doch sehr nüchternen Ambience. Und leider sind die Weine, die ausgeschenkt werden z.T. zu jung, z.B. ein Syrah mit Jahrgang 2019, der nicht dekantiert war.
Wie immer, sehr aufmerksamer Service, makellose Qualität der Gerichte, gut bestückte und ausgewogene Auswahl an regionalen Weinen. Es ist immer eine Freude, diese sehr raffinierte Küche zu genießen.
