Jersey Mike's Subs - Sierra Vista

Jersey Mike's Subs in Sierra Vista, AZ has not only great subs, but above all they have an excellent general manager, (Beth) I think their name is. Today we had a problem with our bill that involved a gift card, and it went beyond and beyond to make it right. Jersey Mikes are very happy to have this person in their position because they understand the importance of customer service! I couldn't say enough with how much I appreciate their support today to do with things right!

Excellent crew that knows how to keep things running smoothly. Beck, Luke, and Leidos were all so friendly and having fun, so it was a great atmosphere to join in on. The sub was great of course, but the real winners are the team

For a chain sandwich shop they have excellent subs! I'm trying not to compare them to the real thing in Philly or Jersey but on their own they're superior to bother chain sandwich franchises.

Worst people skills not organized at all and neither sanitary three handling it and the 4th wrapping. The 6th person who walked in after I walked out first with sandwich. All I got in response was just be patient They need to regrouping at Sierra Vista Arizona location.
