Bidra med feedbackExcellent meal and service. Everything was great! We had the grilled shrimp with a cream of butternut soup and salmon. Local craft beers on tap were solid, and the fresh baked bread was so soft and appetite. Can't wait to eat here on my next trip, although Sierra City!
Beautiful resort with a restaurant and beautiful suites. The location is beautiful where you can see the butt and enjoy the beauty of the Sierra City. The owners are so friendly and the staff is very helpful. You have a nice restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner! A great stay while enjoying this historic city.
This is a beautiful resort with rooms and a restaurant. The active local owners do a great job. Your dinner menu had a traditional as well as a few excellent plant-based choices. You have a full bar with an indoor and outdoor seat. There is a trout pool where your menu trout awaits your pleasure, so to speak. A diner next to me had a trout plate, her server has prepared the fish skillfully on her table. Very impressive. Another local diner noticed during the conversation with a local irrigation hole that their pork chops were excellent. The hotel has 22 rooms, 10 on the river. They saw basic, modular construction, clean and well maintained. I don't know their prices. I enjoyed my two meals here and recommend the resort.
We recently had our wedding of 25 people at Sierra Pines Resort. I can continue how beautiful the place for the ceremony was on the Yuba River, the tranquility of pond, dining area and meadow. How wonderful the rooms are, so peaceful and complete. How great the food and the drinks are. But what really related to me was Cindy and Glenn and the rest of the staff. They went beyond and beyond during our honeymoon and wedding day. Our guests were even quick to notice how helpful and delightful everyone was. Cindy and Glenn had everything organized until the big day. I never felt stressed or any lack of communication. The day of our wedding was a bad weather, but you didn't know how to reconnect and take a new plan. So fluid, you couldn't say that the plans had changed at all. Everyone really worked together and made the day easy, amazing. Thanks Cindy and Glenn and staff for everything you've done for us. And if you? re looking for a charming, quiet resort for your wedding with a lot of local beauty and hiking and cycling, this is your place.
We discovered the Sierra Pines resort in 2018 and just completed our 6th visit. Although ownership changed in 2019, the resort is still just as amazing as ever. The view of the buttes, lovely meadow, view of the falls from the balcony, the property overall and swimming hole, and comfortable rooms make this my happy place . The bar and restaurant continue to be very busy so reservations are recommended, and well worth the effort to get a good meal onsite. The small improvements that have been made and generosity of Glen and Cindy are appreciated. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet place to relax and recharge, hike around the beautiful nature that surrounds it, and just generally enjoy life.
