They ice cream was fantastic and the customer service was fabulous, you can choose as many flavors as you want. They have so many that are fruit and so many there are chocolate every flavor is fantastic. highly recommend it.

Friendly and helpful service. I had the best dark chocolate ice cream I have ever had (82% dark) and a wonderful lemon one, too. They went together perfectly. You can small scoops if you want. They will also line your tub with chocolate sprinkles and top it with a piece of chocolate. Utterly delicious. The only annoying thing is that you pay before you can see what's available. I couldn't see a list of flavours.

The staff that were working tonight (7/8/23) were so lovely and friendly especially the girl at the cashier desk. The pistachio ice cream was so creamy and tasty and we also got some pistachio chocolate on the recommendation of staff for the road which was a real treat. The service was exceptional.

È vero che è un po 'costoso, ma il gelato di venchi è davvero favoloso! Se vuoi una carne fredda in bocca, fermati a qualsiasi bar o gelateria... ma se vuoi mangiare un vero gelato, vai a garantirti. Per noi è una tappa fissa quando arriviamo qui a Siena!Consigliatissimo
